4mediumGranny Smith apples, cored and sliced into 12 slices
11oz.bag caramel bits
¼cupheavy cream
Instructions
Lightly spray large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray. Line apples slices in single layer on baking sheet.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine the caramel bits and heavy cream. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.
Pour melted caramel sauce evenly over apples. Top with favorite toppings. Let cool slightly and serve immediately.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 1 day. Best served same day.
Notes
For less creamy caramel sauce, use less heavy cream.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over top for a more delectable treat.
