Ingredients
½tablespoonolive oil
½cupfinely diced yellow onion
1lblean ground beef
2tablespoonstomato paste
1teaspoonWorcestershire
1teaspoonseasoned salt(like Lawry’s), plus more for topping
½teaspoonground black pepper
12slider rolls(1 package, rolls in tact)
10slicesAmerican cheese
¼cupmayo
2tablespoonketchup
1tablespoonmustard
3tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted
everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until it softens, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Season with seasoned salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until well combined and heated through.
Using a serrated bread knife, slice all 12 rolls in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom half for each roll. Keep the rolls connected in a single slab. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer half of the cheese slices evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining cheese slices.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Spread evenly over the cut side of the top halves of the rolls.
Place the top halves of the rolls over the beef and cheese layer in the baking dish. Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with more seasoned salt (or everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds).
Cover tightly with foil. Bake 20 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Nutrition information is an estimate only.
Use your favorite burger sauce in lieu of a homemade sauce.
Try different flavors of cheese to your liking, but not all melt the same.
