Ingredients
6large eggs
6slicesbaconcooked and chopped
¼cupunsalted buttermelted and slightly cooled
1cupshredded sharp cheddar
¼cupgrated Parmesan
1teaspoonsaltmore or less to taste
¼teaspoonblack pepper
16ozGrands refrigerated biscuits8 ct., Grands Homestyle
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bundt pan; set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in the bacon, butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Cut biscuits into 6 wedges each and gently fold into the mixture.
Spread mixture evenly into the bundt pan. Bake on center rack in oven for 30 minutes, or until set. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
To serve, remove breakfast bundt from pan by inverting onto a serving platter or cutting board. Pull the bread apart with fingers, or slice into individual servings.
