Ingredients
3tablespoonsorange juice
2tablespoonspineapple juice
2tablespoonslemon juice
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1teaspoonvanilla
2cupscubed pineapple
2cupsgreen grapes
2cupsred grapes
1cupsliced strawberries
1cupblackberries
1cupmandarin orange segments
Instructions
Whisk together orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, brown sugar and vanilla in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
While the vanilla dressing is cooling, wash and dry the fruit. Layer in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss to combine.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
