Ingredients
2(15 oz. cans)black eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1(11 oz. can)Mexicorn(or fiesta corn)
1cupsalsa(use your favorite)
1cupItalian dressing
1cupchopped yellow onion
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Serve with chips. Keeps in the fridge for up to 1 week.
