How to Make Christmas Cookies

Make the Dough

Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Combine, do not overmix.

Chill Dough

Pat dough into two discs, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for 2 hours.

Roll Dough

Remove dough from fridge and roll onto floured surface.

Cut Shapes

Use cookie cutter to cut out gingerbread men shapes. Place on lined baking sheet.

Bake

Bake cookies 10 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack.
