This delicious taco pie recipe is made with a corn tortilla pie crust and is filled with savory and hearty flavors mixed with ground beef.

What You Need:

Ground Beef Yellow Onion * Taco Seasoning * Beef Broth * Red Salsa * Sour Cream * Tortillas * Cheddar Cheese -Other Ideas- * Lettuce * Red Onion * Avocado * Guacamole * Cilantro

COOK MEAT

Preheat oven & grease the pie pan. Brown the meat over medium-heat. Add the onions & cook 7 mins, drain the meat, add taco seasoning, then cook 5 more minutes.

PIE CRUST

Combine salsa and sour cream and spread ¼ cup in the bottom of the pan. Layer the corn tortillas, meat mixture, sauce, cheese, and repeat.

BAKE

Next, bake the taco pie in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
