– 16 oz. gnocchi
– 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
– 6.7 oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil
– 3 cloves garlic , minced
– 6 oz. fresh baby spinach
– ½ cup grated Parmesan
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, brown sausage in large skillet. Add garlic and tomatoes to skillet. Add spinach and let wilt. Boil gnocchi and add to skillet.
