Pumpkin Seeds

What You Need:

*pumpkin seeds *water *salt *olive oil

Prep Seeds

Separate pumpkin seeds from pumpkin pulp. Rinse in colander. Boil seeds in water & salt for 10 minutes.  Drain & dry on a clean kitchen towel.

Bake Seeds

Brush baking sheet with olive oil. Add the seeds & toss to coat in oil.  Spread out seeds & sprinkle with desired amount of salt. Roast 5 - 15 min.

Serve & Enjoy! 

 

Remove from oven and let cool completely.
