Microwave milk, sugar and butter until melted. Transfer to stand mixer, stir in salt and yeast. Mix in egg and 2 cups of flour until combined. Add in rest of flour until dough forms. Let dough rise until doubled in size. Cream butter and brown sugar in medium bowl. Mix in corn syrup and vanilla until light and fluffy. Spread mixture evenly into bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
