PEANUT BUTTER CHEX PROTEIN BARS

Homemade peanut butter protein bars with oatmeal, honey, protein powder and Chex cereal!

Easy, no-bake and much better than store-bought!

Ingredients:

– 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter – ½ cup honey (no less, but can use up to ¼ cup more) – 1 cup quick 1-minute oats , not instant – 1 cup vanilla protein powder – 1 cup Chex cereal

Only 5 minutes prep time needed!

GENERAL STEPS

Line a 9x9-inch with parchment paper. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and honey. Mix in the oats and protein powder, then fold in the cereal. Press evenly into prepared pan. Refrigerate 1 hour.
