*Almond flour *Bananas *Eggs *Unsweetened applesauce *Coconut milk *Vanilla extract *Baking powder *Baking soda *Ground cinnamon *Salt

Assemble Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients in the order listed.  Scoop mixture evenly into muffin cups.

Bake

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F, or until thoroughly set in the middle.
