– 1 package (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
– 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
– ¼ tsp garlic powder
– ¼ cup fresh cilantro
– 3 Roma tomatoes
– ¼ cup seeded and diced green bell pepper
– 2 Tbsp diced red onion
– juice from half a lime
– Salt and black pepper
– 1 ripe avocado
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Unroll the crescent dough bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Mix together the cream cheese, garlic powder and 2 Tbsp of cilantro. Spread evenly over the surface of the cooled crescent dough crust.
Toss together the tomatoes, green pepper, red onion, lime juice, and remaining cilantro. Season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the cream cheese layer. Top with the avocado slices. Slices into squares and serve.
