FISH TACOS

These fish tacos make a delicious and quick weeknight meal!

They pair well with rice & beans.

Ingredients:

– 1 pound white flaky fish – ¼ cup canola oil – 1 lime , juiced – 1 tablespoons chili powder – 1 jalapeno , coarsely chopped – ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves – 1 Tablespoon olive oil – 8 small flour tortillas

This easy recipe takes only 10 minutes to cook!

GENERAL STEPS

 Marinade the fish in the oil, lime juice, chili powder, jalapeno, and cilantro. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and grill the fish for 3 minutes on each side. Warm the tortillas in the microwave between two damp paper towels.
