Pumpkin Muffins

What You Need:

*all-purpose flour *granulated sugar *brown sugar *baking soda *baking powder *salt *pumpkin pie spice *eggs *pumpkin puree *vegetable oil *vanilla extract

Mix Dry

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice; set aside.

Mix In Wet

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin, oil and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and gently combine.

Divide Batter

Evenly scoop the batter into the 12 to 14 muffin cups.

Bake

Bake 22 to 25 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.

Serve & Enjoy! 

 

Allow to cool for 5 minutes in muffin pan before removing to cooling rack.
