Poppy seed chicken is a favorite creamy casserole topped with buttery Ritz crackers. Made with few ingredients, this recipe is an easy family dinner!

Ingredients:

•Shredded chicken •Cream of chicken soup •Sour cream •Ritz crackers •Butter •Poppy seeds •Rice •Salt & pepper

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 casserole dish.

Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the soup, chicken and sour cream. Spread into prepared baking dish.

Bake

Bake 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the topping.

Prep the Topping

Combine the crushed Ritz crackers, poppy seeds and melted butter in a bowl.

Topping

Remove chicken mixture from oven and evenly spread crackers over top. Bake another 10 minutes.

Serve

Serve hot over white rice.
