BANANA MUFFINS

Fluffy and moist banana muffins. Perfect to pack for lunches with back-to-school around the corner!

They bake beautifully in cupcake tins and freeze just as well!

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour (2 ⅔ cups) – Sugar (1 cup) – Unsalted butter (¾ cup = 1 ½ sticks) – Bananas (5 medium ripened) – Eggs (4 large) – Vanilla extract (optional) – Baking sodaBaking powderSalt

GENERAL STEPS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin pan with paper cups. In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, mix wet ingredients. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients.
