No fancy equipment needed for this easy crepe recipe. Mix  flour, milk, eggs and baking powder in a blender to make these crepes  for breakfast or dessert!

Blend Ingredients

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Heat Skillet

Heat skillet over medium heat. Butter until bubbly.

Pour Batter

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into skillet. Lift skillet and rotate in circular motion until a thin layer evenly coats bottom.

Cook and Flip

Cook until top appears dry, then flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.

Repeat

Transfer crepe to a covered dish to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter.

Serve Warm

Serve crepes warm with desired toppings, such as powdered sugar, maple syrup, Nutella, and fresh berries.
