Grits Casserole

Easy Cheesy

Every home cook needs a cheese grits casserole recipe in  their collection. This one is mine and it is SO GOOD!  These cheesy  grits are great with breakfast or ANY meal!

•Refrigerated Pie Crust •Pecan halves •Granulated sugar •Eggs •Milk •Unsalted butter •Seasonings

Preheat Oven.

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 8x8-inch baking pan.

Boil.

Bring water and seasonings to a boil in a large pot.

Cook the grits.

Stir in the grits and cook on low for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir often.

Add cheese & butter.

Remove pot from heat. Stir in the cheese and butter until melted.

Mix in milk & eggs.

Gently stir in the milk and eggs.

Bake.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Cool.

Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes before serving.
