BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 

Broccoli casserole is an easy cheesy side dish for Sunday supper or the holidays! Topped with buttery Ritz crackers and the best cheese sauce.

We especially love this dish  with our Easter meal right next to our baked ham.

Ingredients:

2 bunches fresh broccoli (or frozen) – ¼ cup water – 1 large egg  – 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup – ½ cup mayonnaise – ½ cup sour cream – 8 oz. sharp cheddar  – ½ small onion  – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 sleeve Ritz crackers  – 2 tablespoons butter

It doesn't need to be a holiday to serve this cheesy broccoli. We all need an easy side dish for any weeknight.

HOW TO MAKE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

COMBINE INGREDIENTS

Wash and cut broccoli florets and mix all the ingredients together. Spread in a baking dish and bake!

FINAL STEPS

Prepare the Ritz cracker topping and sprinkle over top of the casserole then return to the oven for the final 10 minutes.
