This tender meatloaf is better than a classic meatloaf  recipe. Instead of barbecue glaze or ketchup based meatloaf sauce, this  recipe calls for Italian seasonings and marinara. We think it's the best  homemade meatloaf recipe!

•Ground beef •Bell pepper •Yellow onion •Parmesan •Bread crumbs •Eggs •Garlic, parsley, S&P •Worcestershire •Balsamic Vinegar •Marinara

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 loaf pan.

Cook Peppers/Onion

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the peppers and onions until soft. Add the garlic, cook 1 more minute.

Mix Ingredients

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl with the peppers and onions, except the marinara.

Press Into Pan

Press mixture into prepare loaf pan.

Top with Marinara

Spread marinara evenly over top of meat mixture in the loaf pan.

Bake

Bake 50 to 60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Slice and Serve

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
