BAKED SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

This easy baked pasta recipe includes layers of noodles, Ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan and meaty sauce.

Cheesy baked spaghetti is the perfect comfort dish for any pasta lover.

Ingredients:

– 16 oz. dry spaghetti – 4 tablespoons unsalted butter – 1 cup grated Parmesan – 1 lb ground beef – 24 oz. pasta sauce – 15 oz. whole milk Ricotta – 1 large egg – 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella

This easy family-friendly recipe is also freezer friendly!

HOW TO MAKE BAKED SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

GENERAL STEPS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti, drain and mix with butter and half of Parmesan. Brown beef in skillet. Stir pasta sauce into skillet with beef and heat. Combine Ricotta, egg and remaining half of Parmesan. Layer half cup sauce into 9x13 pan, then spaghetti.

Spread Ricotta even over the noodles in the pan then top with shredded mozzarella. Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 more minutes.
