APPLE  BLONDIES

This apple blondies recipe is the perfect fall dessert with an easy batter you can whip up in minutes!

These apple bars are made with fresh chopped apples and warm flavors of cinnamon and sugar.

Ingredients:

– 3 large eggs – 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar – 1 cup vegetable oil – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 2 cups peeled, cored, and finely diced tart apples (we prefer Granny Smith) , about 2 medium apples

Apples, of course, are the star this show! We prefer Granny Smith, but you can use your favorite tart variety.

GENERAL STEPS

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking pan. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and oil. Stir in the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Fold chopped apples into the batter. Spread batter into prepared pan.
