Almond Skillet Pork Chops

This Almond Pork Chops recipe is an EASY 30-minute weeknight meal.  These skillet pork chops are a healthy dinner choice for your busy family.  Paired with potatoes and veggies, it's one of our favorite meals!

What You Need:

*7 to 8 pork chops, fat trimmed *olive oil *eggs *almond flour *ground sage *paprika *ground mustard *salt *black pepper

Trim Fat

Trim fat off pork chops using kitchen shears; set aside.  Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in skillet over medium to medium high heat.

Mix Breading

Whisk together the eggs and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a shallow rimmed dish.  In a separate shallow dish, combine the almond flour and rest of the ingredients.

Coat Chops

Working with two or three pork chops at a time, dip the pork chops into the egg mixture to coat, then into the flour mixture.  Turn a couple of times to thoroughly coat each side.

Cook

Place coated pork chops directly into the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until reaches internal temperature of 145°F.
