ALMOND CRUSTED PAN FRY PORK CHOPS

This almond crusted pork chops recipe is an EASY weeknight meal. Lightly pan fry in the skillet for a healthy low-carb dinner for your busy family.

Ingredients:

– 1 ½ to 2 lb thin pork chops (8 thin pork chops), fat trimmed – 1 teaspoon olive oil , plus 2 tablespoons for skillet – 2 eggs – 1 cup almond flour – 1 ½ teaspoon ground sage – 1 ½ teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon ground mustard – 1 teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper

 This recipe is not only easy and healthy, but it is FULL of flavor!

GENERAL STEPS

Prepare pork chops, and pre-heat oil over medium high heat. Measure the dry ingredients into one shallow dish and mix the egg and oil in another shallow dish. Dredge the pork chops into the egg mixture followed by the dry mixture, turning a couple of times to coat each side well.

The pork chops go straight to the pre-heated skillet and cook until done, about 4 minutes on each side, flipping once.
