Tips and Variations
Tortillas: We like to heat our tortillas on cast iron comal (flat pan used in Mexican cooking) and then keep them warm in our tortilla warmer. Or make it easy with store bought taco shells.
Nachos: Try making nachos with this taco meat! Place tortilla chips on a large baking sheet, sprinkle with shredded cheese and taco meat then bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Top with optional fixins for a delicious appetizer or meal.
Dips: You can add this taco meat to a layered Mexican dip with guacamole, sour cream, refried beans and cheese. It's SO good!
Walking Tacos: This taco meat is perfect for our Walking Taco recipe. The perfect party food!
