We're decorating for Halloween with our DIY tiered Halloween centerpiece! All pieces were found at Hobby Lobby, Home Goods, and Target. You can make this Halloween centerpiece for your home, too, for under $5.00.
This year, I decided I want to actually decorate for Halloween. In years past, I would put up my fall decorations and that was that. I might've had a little "trick or treat" sign and an owl witch, but nothing all that fun and festive for Halloween.
(We were more into the Halloween treats instead of the decorations. Have you tried my Boo! Bites, Monster Cookies, or Pumpkin Fruit Cups yet?)
While my kids are still young and excited about trick or treating, I thought it might be nice to pick it up a notch and let them experience a bit of fun Halloween decor in our home! Decorations can be expensive, so this year I focused on my kitchen with some really cute "trick or treat" placemats I found at Home Goods and then this DIY 3-tiered Halloween centerpiece.
I found everything at Hobby Lobby on sale, along with a couple of finishing touches from Home Goods and Target. Candy bowls were a must in this centerpiece!
The RIP was in the dollar spot at Target that I picked up a few weeks ago in case I needed a Halloween background for a food photo. Little did I know it would be perfect for my sudden urge to make a Halloween centerpiece! 🙂
The BOO! sign is from Hobby Lobby and the black plant is also from the Target dollar spot, although I think it was $3.00.
There are so many cute Halloween decorations you can find at these stores!! It's hard to decide what to pick sometimes!
This pirate skull was a gift to my kids from my mother-in-law one Halloween (possibly last year?). It is perfect in this spot and adds a fun whimsical spook!
Follow me on Instagram and send me photos of your Halloween centerpieces! I would love to feature them!
