– 8 lb fully-cooked spiral sliced ham bone-in
– 1 cup light brown sugar
– 2 Tablespoons pineapple juice
– 4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
– Salt & Pepper to taste
Bake the ham at 275°F for 15 minutes per pound. The trick is to not over bake it, so don't round up! For the glaze, in a small bowl combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
When 45 minutes of baking time is left, spread about half of the glaze mixture around the spiral sides of the ham. Recover tightly and return to the oven.
