These spinach banana muffins are healthy green muffins for kids, but adults love them, too! Sweetened with bananas and honey, these muffins have no refined sugar. The green color makes them a fun St Patrick's Day treat!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line muffin pan with paper liners. Blend spinach, banana, honey, milk, egg, vanilla and butter. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and add to blender. Blend just a few short pulses or fold in with spatula.
