GIANT HALLOWEEN SPRINKLES SUGAR COOKIES

These giant bakery-style Halloween sugar cookies are rolled into multi-colored sprinkles for a festive treat for Halloween!  Your kids will love these Halloween sprinkles cookies!

Ingredients:

– 1 cup unsalted butter , room temperature – 1 cup light brown sugar – 1 cup granulated sugar – 2 large eggs – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 2 ½ cups all purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 3 oz halloween colored nonpareils

These Halloween sugar cookies are so easy and your kids will love helping you roll the dough balls into the sprinkles.

GENERAL STEPS

Beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla and mix until combined. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Roll dough in the sprinkles, bake for 10 minutes.
