EASY BAKED CHICKEN EGG ROLLS

These baked chicken egg rolls served alongside rice and veggies, are a favorite meal or appetizer for our family.

Freeze these egg rolls for a quick and convenient weekday meal.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil 3 garlic cloves , pressed 16 oz . bag coleslaw mix 2 cups cooked shredded chicken ½ teaspoon ground ginger 2 tablespoons soy sauce (more or less to taste) 12-14 egg roll wrappers

These egg rolls can be prepped and cooked in just 30 minutes!

HOW TO MAKE  BAKED CHICKEN  EGG ROLLS

GENERAL STEPS

Heat oil in a large skillet, add the garlic, coleslaw, chicken and ginger. Add soy sauce then remove form heat and set aside. Preheat oven to 425F. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture in the wrapper, roll and seal then place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden. Serve immediately.
