SUMMER SPAGHETTI

This summer spaghetti is chock full of veggies and a simple recipe perfect for summer days!

I love the freshness and cheesiness this spaghetti encompasses.

Ingredients:

– 8 oz . packaged dry spaghetti – ¼ cup olive oil – 3 cloves garlic  – Pinch of crushed red pepper – 1 ½ cups grilled zucchini  – 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes , quartered – fresh basil , torn – Salt and pepper  – ¼ to ½ cup freshley grated Parmesan cheese – 2 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil

This recipe is the perfect summer side dish!

HOW TO MAKE SUMMER  SPAGHETTI

GENERAL STEPS

Prepare the spaghetti then cook the veggies in a skillet with some olive oil. Add in the pasta, heat thoroughly, about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle wit Parmesan.
