– 1 cup blueberries
– 1 cup raspberries
– 1 cup blackberries
– 2 Tablespoons sugar
– Juice from half a lemon
– 12 slices cinnamon swirl bread
– ¾ cup of your favorite fruit jam/preserves/jelly
– Whipped cream
– Ground cinnamon
Cook the berries, sugar and lemon juice in a pan on the stove. Spread the jam onto the bread and place in a muffin tin. Add the berry compote and refrigerate.
