AVOCADO CHOCOLATE PUDDING

This avocado chocolate pudding is healthy and can be dairy free!  Just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to whip up this thick and creamy avocado pudding

A delicious paleo, gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free dessert!

Ingredients:

Ripe avocados (2 medium) – Milk (dairy or nondairy) – Sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, liquid stevia, agave nectar, etc.) – Unsweetened cocoa powder (can use sweetened) – Vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients, until smooth, in a blender, food processor or using a hand held mixer. Serve immediately, or chill first (recommended)
