– 10 large fresh jalapenos – 4 oz. cream cheese , softened at room temperature – 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese – 15 slices uncooked bacon , preferably thick-cut – 1 cup leftover chopped brisket – your favorite smoky bbq sauce

Cut and clean the jalapenos. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and meat and stuff inside the jalapeno. Wrap with bacon and use a toothpick to hold it together
