How to Make this Banana Bread

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two medium sized loaf pans.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.

Blend Ingredients

In a blender, process the eggs and sugar. Add the butter, than stir in bananas and lemon juice. Fold in flour mixture and chocolate chips.

Bake

Pour batter into prepared loaf pans and evenly spread. Bake 4o to 50 minutes, until passes toothpick test.

Cool

Let cool 20 minutes on cooling rack before removing from pans. Let cool completely before slicing.
