Banana Bread

Double Chocolate

This chocolate banana bread is super moist, yet hearty and  stable to hold its shape when sliced.  Loaded with chocolate chips for  the chocolate lover's dream!

•Flour •Cocoa powder •Chocolate chips •Eggs •Ripe bananas •Butter •Sugars (granulated+brown) •Sour cream •Baking soda •Vanilla extract •Salt

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 loaf pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a medium bowl, beat the sugars and butter until thick. Add the eggs, vanilla, bananas, and sour cream.

Combine

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Bake

Pour batter into prepare pan, sprinkle top evenly with more chocolate chips. Bake 50-60 minutes.

Let Cool

Remove from oven and let cool in pan. Invert to a cutting board and slice to serve.
