Pumpkin Squares!

What You Need:

*Pumpkin puree *Flour *Sugar *Veggie oil *Eggs *Ground cinnamon *Baking powder *Baking soda *Salt *Cream cheese *Unsalted butter *Vanilla extract *Powdered sugar

Mix Wet

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until combined.

Mix Dry 

In a separate medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.

Mix Ingredients

Gradually stir in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

Bake

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Let cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.

Make Frosting

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in the sugar and vanilla. Continue to mix until reaches spreadable consistency.

Frost 

Spread frosting onto cooled cake in a thin even layer.

Serve & Enjoy! 

 

Slice into squares and serve.
