Another recipe from our BYOP bash last Saturday. I was visiting my family in Michigan all weekend, otherwise this would've been posted a little earlier. And, I'm too unorganized to set up auto posts for while I'm away. In the future I'll work on that... 🙂
This dip is very fresh tasting. It may seem there is a lot to chop up, but really it's not that bad. Especially since you throw it all in a bowl and mix it together...easy peasy!
Garden Garbage Dip (adapted from Pillsbury Halloween Magazine, October 2005)
Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup finely chopped radishes (about 2 medium)
¼ cup finely chopped green onions (4 medium)
¼ cup finely chopped cucumber, drained
¼ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon dried dill weed (I eliminated because I didn't have on hand)
Dash pepper
10 cups assorted cut-up fresh veggies for dipping
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into 1-quart serving bowl.
